Rehabilitation
All too often the hooves I see require rehabilitation. The ideal situation is to devise a rehabilitation plan in conjunction with the owner, and usually the vet and physio too. Occassionally it is easier for the horse to go away for rehabilitation, and I work closely with two yards in Devon who can offer this.
